You can also visit us directly at our offices at 810 du Parc in St-Frédéric from Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. to introduce yourself.

FAQ

What do you mean by “work-life balance”?

We understand that juggling daycare schedules, the back-to-school period and other family responsibilities can be challenging. If the position allows, we are open to discussing modifications to your work schedule to make your life easier.

Do I need special skills to work on the assembly line or in the service department?

No. We train all our team members in house. We’re looking for people who are good with their hands and eager to learn.

Do I need a resume to apply for a job?

No, it isn’t necessary to have a resume. Just briefly describe your work experience and interests. We will discuss your background during the interview.

After the interview, will I get a response even if my application is unsuccessful?

Yes. Every interviewee gets a callback, even if they do not meet the requirements of an open position at that time.

Do you hire students?

Yes, we do have positions available for students over the summer, from May to September. You must be at least 16 at the time of hiring.

Do you have positions that are suitable for women?

Definitely! Our teams are gender-balanced. Almost 50% of our factory workers are women.
