Monday to Thursday 7am to 4.15pm and Friday 7am to 12pm.
(Saint-Frédéric) Factory
Safari Condo is currently looking for a buyer to work for Company , a company with 150 employees in three factories, a service center and a sales center. As a buyer, you'll be responsible for purchasing the materials needed to manufacture Motorhomes and trailers, mainly from our suppliers in the U.S. and Europe.
Main functions
- Purchase major components required for manufacturing;
- Participate in strategic planning of annual supplies;
- Negotiate pricing agreements with suppliers;
- Follow up orders according to negotiated deadlines;
- Participate in the search for new suppliers;
- As well as all other related tasks.
Desired qualities
- Enjoy teamwork
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- BAC or DEC in a relevant discipline;
- Bilingualism is essential to the job;
- Be rigorous and conscientious;
- Demonstrate good adaptability;
- Experience of working with an ERP management system;
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent judgment, great autonomy, initiative, rigor and professionalism.
