Safari Condo is currently looking for a customer service agent to work in our sales department in Saint-Nicolas.
Main functions
Here's what the day might look like:
Related to customer service (40%) :
- You'll be one of the voices atCompany. You will take the calls and direct them to the right people.
- You'll represent the company's image. You'll be the one greeting customers and visitors.
In connection with administrative tasks (60%):
- You will work directly with the sales team at contact . Your help will be appreciated in certain administrative tasks
- You'll have to answer customer e-mails and/or forward them to the right people.
- You'll prepare the various forms needed to prepare for delivery of the trailers and Motorhomes (customer pouch, customs form, transfer forms, etc.).
- You may have to Contact customers to verify certain information.
- You'll also be in charge of preparing invoices and taking payments from customers.
We're looking for a smiling person with a well-groomed appearance.
Opening hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm*.
*On a few occasions during the year, during special events, the person will have to be available to work on Saturdays.
Desired qualities
- DEP in secretarial field, relevant training and/or experience;
- Bilingual French/English, spoken and written;
- Enjoy working with the public and be approachable;
- Interpersonal skills, priority management and resourcefulness;
- Team spirit;
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;
- Valid driving license.
