Safari Condo is looking for a Technical Advisor to work in our Service Department. As an Advisor/Technical Advisor, you'll be part of the Customer Service team. This role primarily involves being a technical resource for our customers when they have questions or problems using their Motorhomes or trailers. In addition, you'll be responsible for following up with customers to book appointments and during their visits to the service workshop.

Here's what a day in the life of a technical consultant might look like:

  • With us, every week begins with a team meeting. You'll get up-to-the-minute information on memos, upcoming improvements and upcoming appointments.
  • Customers will contact you mainly by telephone and e-mail. They'll want advice on purchasing equipment, make an appointment to add or repair equipment, and perhaps get help with a technical problem.
  • Depending on the customer's needs, you'll have to order and prepare the necessary parts, whether for purchase or repair.
  • Do you like managing files? That's perfect, because your duties will include opening customer files, researching, preparing purchase orders and estimates, and finalizing invoices.
  • As a proactive Company , you will be responsible for pointing out or reporting any problem situations encountered, so that the necessary corrective action can be taken as quickly as possible.
